1. Begin cooking the rice in a rice cooker.
2. Add soy sauce, honey, fresh garlic, Gochujang, sesame oil, and sesame seeds to a bowl, and mix well.
3. Cook the ground beef on high for 5-6 minutes. Add in the sauce and chopped green onions. Cook until golden and crispy, and garnish with sesame seeds.
4. In a bowl, add grated carrots, sliced cucumber, 0.5 oz of soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic powder, chilli flakes, and sesame seeds. Mix well.
5. Fill the bottom of the plate with rice. Top one half with the cucumber salad, and the other half with the beef. Enjoy!
